The Director, Account Management will lead strategic retail partnerships, drive revenue growth, expand kiosk placements, and deliver data-driven account strategies while managing executive relationships and ensuring operational excellence across key accounts.

Job Description

 

ecoATM is seeking a Director, Account Management to lead and expand strategic retail partnerships while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This highly visible leadership role focuses on strengthening executive relationships, optimizing kiosk performance, and identifying expansion opportunities across key national accounts. The position requires advanced analytical expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans that deepen retailer partnerships
- Identify new kiosk placement opportunities through trade area analysis and performance data
- Serve as senior liaison to executive stakeholders across merchandising, operations, and sustainability teams
- Drive revenue growth and retention through optimization and expansion initiatives
- Analyze data trends and deliver executive-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance teams


Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in national account management or strategic retail partnerships
- Proven track record of growing large, complex retail accounts and exceeding revenue targets
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Excel
- Advanced analytical and financial forecasting expertise
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
