Search Atlas Group is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Data Oriented) to lead data science and research initiatives in a fully remote, EST-based environment. This role bridges technical execution with business objectives, ensuring high-quality dashboard delivery, research output, and AI-driven process optimization. The position requires strong product leadership, structured project management, and technical fluency to guide a growing data science team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the data science roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Oversee multiple concurrent data science projects ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
- Implement agile methodologies and track KPIs to improve team velocity and output quality
- Manage and coordinate the data science team, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Review and QA dashboards, analyses, and research outputs for quality and feasibility
- Drive adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and innovation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data science or analytics
- Proven experience managing technical teams and complex projects
- Strong understanding of data science methodologies and statistical analysis
- Experience with BI tools, dashboard platforms, and project management systems
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar technologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
