IMPACT BRANDS is seeking a remote Media Buyer - Meta Ads to support the continued expansion of its global health and wellness portfolio. This role focuses on driving scalable and profitable customer acquisition through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative testing capabilities to maximize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting funnels
- Conduct detailed audience research including interests, lookalike audiences, and broad targeting strategies
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM
- Develop and implement structured creative testing strategies including hooks, angles, and formats
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability targets
- Track and report performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of €5,000 or more preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
