GMR Marketing is hiring an Account Director, Gaming Partnerships to lead Comcast’s gaming partnership initiatives across publishers, creators, influencers, media platforms, and talent. This role provides strategic advisory, deal negotiation, and full lifecycle activation leadership within the gaming and creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership & Strategy:
- Champion innovative gaming partnerships and creator collaborations.
- Provide strategic guidance aligned with Comcast’s 2026–27 objectives.
- Analyze gaming industry trends, competitive landscape, and creator economy dynamics.
- Translate insights into scalable, data-driven gaming strategies.
Partnership Evaluation & Deal Development:
- Evaluate, negotiate, and structure partnership agreements with publishers, influencers, talent, and media platforms.
- Ensure value optimization, compliance, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead sponsorship vetting, activation scope planning, and budget oversight.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from strategy and intake through contracting, activation, asset management, paid media coordination, and performance measurement.
- Oversee tentpole activation strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Comcast stakeholders and partner agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Executive Communication & Storytelling:
- Develop executive-ready presentations and POV documents.
- Translate complex partnership strategies into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Identify and share best practices across gaming, influencer marketing, media integration, and brand partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in gaming partnerships, influencer marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure partnership deals.
- Deep understanding of gaming ecosystem, publisher relationships, and creator economy.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong operational rigor.
