Euclid is seeking a senior Development Program Manager to serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (PV + BESS) projects, owning engagement strategy, financial structuring discussions, and executive-level client leadership from origination through Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Euclid is hiring a Development Program Manager to lead utility-scale PV + BESS development engagements as Deal Lead, overseeing commercial strategy, executive client communication, and development execution from origination through NTP.


Responsibilities:


Deal Leadership & Strategy:
- Serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements.
- Own engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and client communications through NTP.
- Lead executive-level discussions with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Guide clients across the full development lifecycle including EPC strategy, execution planning, commissioning, and long-term operations.


Financial & Commercial Oversight:
- Discuss capital stack structuring and financing strategy at a high level.
- Interpret and explain project pro-forma impacts (e.g., EPC capex shifts, interest rate changes).
- Translate technical risks (interconnection, supply chain, IRA implications) into financial impact narratives for executive audiences.
- Partner with Sales on scope definition, proposal development, and commercial positioning.


Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Delegate and oversee internal workstreams ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Coordinate across development, engineering, transmission & distribution, construction, and commercial teams.
- Ensure clean handoffs into EPC and Asset Management phases.
- Contribute to process standardization and scaling of Euclid’s development offerings.


Requirements:
- Deep experience leading utility-scale renewable energy projects from origination through NTP.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including EPC strategy and financing structures.
- Demonstrated fluency with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
- Executive-level client engagement experience.
- Proven ownership mindset and strategic leadership capability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


Nice to Have:
- Background with a developer, IPP, infrastructure fund, or investor.
- Experience with energy storage (BESS).
- Experience scaling development programs across portfolios or markets.
