Ansira is hiring a Client Partnership Account Supervisor to manage and grow strategic agency accounts. This role is responsible for fostering strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with client goals.


Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships for accounts generating $1–$2M annually
- Achieve revenue goals and coordinate growth initiatives
- Identify and manage sales cycles for expansion opportunities
- Oversee account forecasting, scoping, billing, and revenue recognition
- Understand client business objectives, industry context, and competitive positioning
- Evangelize client goals across internal teams to ensure alignment
- Report on agency performance and participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with Client Engagement teams to escalate risks and red flags
- Support proposal development and presentation materials
- Assist with billing procedures, budget variance tracking, and accounts receivable management


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of agency account management experience
- Proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
