Carrot is seeking a Revenue Operations Sr. Analyst to power analytics and reporting across Employer, Health Plan, and Strategic Partnership GTM channels. This role focuses on delivering scalable dashboards, executive reporting, and actionable insights that improve forecast accuracy and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Salesforce and BI reporting ecosystems (Tableau, Airtable)
- Design and maintain dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics
- Deliver recurring executive reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycles, churn, and expansion trends
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and standardized metrics
- Support high-impact ad hoc analyses (segmentation, territory performance, renewals, campaign effectiveness)
- Improve reporting scalability through automation and AI-enabled tools
- Maintain data governance standards and document metric definitions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, FP&A, and Operations
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or FP&A within B2B SaaS
- Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with data warehouses
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and documentation
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and GTM data structures
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Exposure to incentive compensation and attainment reporting
- Familiarity with GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or regulated industries
