Tether is seeking a Solutions Partner Manager to manage and govern a network of implementation partners delivering Tether Data products (WDK, QVAC, MOS). This role ensures high-quality partner-led implementations, maintains certification standards, and drives customer satisfaction across global engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for Solutions Partners
- Assess partner capabilities, delivery maturity, and resource capacity
- Lead onboarding, due diligence, and certification processes for new partners
- Oversee partner-led project implementations, ensuring alignment with methodologies and quality standards
- Participate in project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and governance checkpoints
- Monitor partner project portfolios, delivery risks, and cross-sell opportunities
- Track KPIs such as CSAT, project success rates, and delivery quality
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and manage corrective action plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Product, and Training teams
- Manage partner lifecycle activities including renewals, re-certification, and offboarding
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance
- Experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, or partner-led delivery models
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes (integration, configuration, UAT, go-live)
- Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, AI, blockchain, or enterprise software environments
- Knowledge of partner governance frameworks, PMO methodologies, and QA processes
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
