PeerIslands is hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Solution Consultant with extensive techno-functional experience to drive end-to-end solutioning across enterprise environments. This role requires deep expertise in requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, and modern AI-assisted solution design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional, technical, and solution specifications
- Act as a bridge between business, UX/design, and engineering teams
- Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) for UI ideation, prototyping, and specification drafting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and scalability
- Drive full lifecycle solution delivery from requirements to implementation support
- Review solutions for alignment with business goals and technical standards
- Support pre-sales discussions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Consultant
- Strong techno-functional expertise across enterprise systems and platforms
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into detailed documentation
- Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for productivity and solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred:
- Experience in product-led or platform-based organizations
- UX/UI collaboration exposure
- Client-facing consulting or pre-sales experience
- Experience working with distributed teams
