Collectively is seeking a Creative Director to lead the Strategic & Creative Development (SCD) function, overseeing creative direction for competitive pitches, marquee programs, and high-visibility client initiatives. This role blends creative leadership, cultural fluency, and business development impact within a hybrid Business Development and Client Strategy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Creatives, overseeing creative output and professional development
- Vet incoming briefs and define clear creative direction for high-stakes projects and RFPs
- Concept, present, and execute social-first, influencer-led, and multi-platform campaigns
- Translate strategic insights and cultural tensions into bold, culturally resonant campaign ideas
- Represent the agency as a senior creative voice in client meetings, industry events, and pitches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Business Development, Client Partnerships, and Analytics
- Drive creative trend reporting and maintain fluency in digital culture and Gen Z behaviors
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience developing social-first, influencer-led creative campaigns
- 2+ years in a creative leadership or management role
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Proven ability to concept and deliver culturally impactful campaigns
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Experience navigating competitive pitch environments
