AAA is seeking a Remote Sabre Corporate Travel Agent (Day Shift) to manage domestic and international travel reservations for corporate clients. This position requires strong Sabre GDS expertise, in-depth knowledge of airline fare structures, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Book domestic and international air, hotel, and car rental reservations, including group travel
- Provide price quotations and ensure compliance with client travel policies and negotiated contracts
- Utilize Sabre GDS to manage itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, and queues
- Maintain accurate client profiles including loyalty programs and special travel preferences
- Promote preferred supplier usage and apply discount programs appropriately
- Achieve service level goals related to call quality, productivity, and accuracy
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of active travel consultant experience within the last 6 years
- 1–2 years of international travel booking experience
- Corporate travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS
- Knowledge of domestic and international fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline regulations
- Strong communication, multitasking, and independent decision-making skills
