GMR Marketing is seeking a Sr. Designer, Multidisciplinary to create immersive brand experiences that span digital, physical, and social environments. This role blends concept development, motion design, 3D visualization, and experiential storytelling to deliver high-impact creative work across multiple channels and formats.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital art, motion graphics, 3D visuals, and experiential media installations
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and technical teams to develop and refine concepts
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Execute creative projects across interactive, social, digital signage, in-stadium, and experiential platforms
- Maintain high standards of craft, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative design techniques
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with 3D design tools, preferably Cinema 4D, including modeling, lighting, and animation
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute multidisciplinary design projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing motion, digital, and experiential design work
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced agency environment
