WPMU DEV is seeking a WordPress Sales Support Specialist to promote and support its suite of WordPress plugins and themes. This remote role works within a global sales team, providing customer assistance, managing accounts, and nurturing leads while maintaining high standards of communication and CRM organization.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture sales leads through proactive follow-up and communication
- Provide customer support via email and chat to address WordPress-related inquiries
- Manage customer accounts, billing support, and sales-related communications
- Promote WPMU DEV products by delivering detailed product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor inbound and outbound sales activities
- Conduct Zoom calls with prospective and existing clients to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Support role
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or billing support
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills
- Ability to work full-time, including weekend shifts within assigned UTC schedules
