PacificSource is seeking an Access to Care Program Manager to oversee provider network access, regulatory compliance, and reporting functions across assigned healthcare networks. This role ensures adherence to state and federal network adequacy requirements while driving cross-functional collaboration and data-informed decision-making to support healthcare access and performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage network access monitoring and reporting to state and federal agencies
- Establish tools and processes to meet regulatory reporting and monitoring requirements
- Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance to cross-functional teams
- Analyze network access data, identify trends, and develop disruption and gap analyses
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate corrective action or improvement plans
- Lead cross-departmental committees to develop mitigation strategies and regional access plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, clinical field, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or public health
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care health plans
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and regulatory interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
