Tether is seeking a Technical Product Manager QVAC to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Local AI applications that integrate with its decentralized ecosystem. This role bridges technical execution and business objectives, focusing on privacy-preserving, on-device AI solutions that enhance user experiences across peer-to-peer and fintech platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for Local AI applications
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features aligned with business and user needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Lead feature ideation and ensure optimization for on-device processing, privacy, and performance
- Establish go-to-market strategies and oversee product launches
- Define and monitor KPIs related to engagement, privacy compliance, and performance efficiency
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing AI-powered applications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as on-device inference, edge computing, and model optimization
- Proven experience delivering user-focused AI features and successful product launches
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and product analytics tools
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
