Impiricus is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on a 4–6 month contract to support strategic financial planning and performance analysis. This role delivers high-impact financial insights, enhances forecasting models, and partners with leadership to guide data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain full P&L financial forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Develop and optimize budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning models
- Analyze monthly actuals versus forecast and budget, delivering variance analysis and performance insights
- Implement improved forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy and predictability
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial analysis with growth objectives
- Support financial reporting processes, improve controls, and identify automation opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related function
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles, particularly revenue recognition
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
