Job Description
Strata Information Group (SIG) is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level CRM architecture and multi-cloud Salesforce initiatives within a higher education environment. This contract role provides technical leadership, governance oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce implementations aligned with institutional objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable multi-cloud Salesforce architectures
- Develop and guide the Salesforce roadmap, governance framework, and platform strategy
- Serve as the primary authority on integrations, security, data modeling, and enterprise architecture
- Oversee configuration and customization across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Education Clouds
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices
- Mentor developers and administrators, establishing standards for coding, testing, and deployment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer
- Hands-on expertise with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, data architecture, and security models
- Experience with release management and DevOps tools
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Integration Architect credentials
