Data Product Manager I

CareSource is seeking a Data Product Manager I to support analytics strategy and digital data initiatives within the healthcare insurance environment. This role partners with product managers, marketing, engineering, and data teams to implement and maintain analytics solutions that measure user engagement and product performance. The position focuses on ensuring data accuracy, enabling actionable insights, and aligning analytics capabilities with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain analytics strategy and roadmap using tools such as Mixpanel, FreshPaint, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to implement campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Configure event tracking, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards to measure user interactions.
- Partner with engineering teams to validate tagging, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Analyze member engagement and digital product metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests and maintain documentation for data governance and implementations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum three years of professional experience in digital projects.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, FreshPaint, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data querying and analysis.
- Strong communication and project management skills in cross-functional environments.
