GetBlock is seeking a Recruiter to own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles within a fast-growing Web3 infrastructure company. This position plays a critical role in scaling a global, fully remote team by partnering with hiring managers and delivering a structured, high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in international hiring environments and takes full ownership from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates internationally through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and community channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct structured interview processes aligned with company values.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and maintain accurate ATS records.
Requirements:
- Proven end-to-end recruiting experience across international markets.
- Experience hiring technical talent.
- Strong sourcing skills in competitive hiring environments.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote, distributed team.
