Oliv.AI is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Associate to build and operate a full-funnel B2B growth engine that consistently generates qualified pipeline. This hands-on role owns campaign strategy, execution, performance tracking, and iteration across outbound programs, events, partnerships, and referral channels. The position focuses on shipping quickly, optimizing weekly, and building repeatable growth systems that convert into meetings and revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute full-funnel B2B campaigns across cold outbound, warm outreach, lifecycle follow-ups, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Build scalable outbound messaging libraries for email and LinkedIn across personas and seniority levels.
- Develop and manage partnership and community growth programs including co-marketing initiatives and referral loops.
- Own event-driven pipeline programs including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and curated meetups.
- Track performance metrics including replies, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline attribution.
- Publish weekly growth updates outlining performance insights and iteration plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound program management.
- Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end and iterate based on performance data.
- Strong B2B messaging and writing skills targeting operators and leadership audiences.
- Experience collaborating with SDR teams and aligning messaging with sales feedback.
- Data literacy with the ability to diagnose conversion bottlenecks and optimize quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
