Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead corporate event strategy and execution while strengthening employer branding initiatives. This role is responsible for organizing impactful MICE events, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring all initiatives align with company objectives. The successful candidate will balance creativity with operational excellence to deliver meaningful corporate experiences in a fully remote, international environment.


Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate MICE events including conferences, team meetups, competitions, and celebrations.
- Align event strategies and employer branding initiatives with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistics for all events.
- Develop event materials and produce post-event performance reports.
- Analyze industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to enhance event impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.


Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate events and employer branding.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in event management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering meaningful corporate experiences.
