ClinicMind is seeking a Content Specialist to develop strategic, high-quality marketing content that strengthens brand positioning and fuels lead generation. This role supports inbound and nurture campaigns by producing educational, conversion-focused assets for healthcare providers evaluating ClinicMind’s all-in-one platform. The position combines creative storytelling with performance-driven execution to drive measurable pipeline impact.


Responsibilities:
- Create value-driven content including white papers, guides, and downloadable assets to support demand generation initiatives.
- Design and manage self-guided workshops and educational materials to engage prospects and customers.
- Collaborate on video content such as explainers, webinars, case studies, and product walkthroughs.
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to identify content gaps and align messaging with strategic objectives.
- Maintain subject-matter expertise on product updates and communicate features clearly and effectively.
- Track content performance metrics and optimize assets to improve lead generation and conversion rates.


Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Demonstrated success creating content that drives measurable lead or pipeline outcomes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing assets and performance impact.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including SMEs and creative partners.
- Ability to overlap with U.S. business hours and maintain required technical setup for remote work.
