AXS is seeking a Lead Brand Design Manager to oversee and evolve its visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. This role leads brand design initiatives from concept to final execution with minimal oversight, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output aligned with business goals. The position collaborates closely with marketing, product, and content teams while mentoring designers and maintaining a cohesive brand system across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of the AXS Brand Guide.
- Manage brand design projects end-to-end from concept through final delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers to elevate creative quality and professional growth.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets and provide feedback on external creative outputs.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of brand templates and creative assets.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive and strategically aligned visual communications.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of professional brand design experience.
- Proven experience building and scaling brand guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Strong typography skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
- Ability to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
