Optimal Dynamics is seeking a Revenue Operations & Growth Associate to strengthen and scale its revenue engine. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational rigor. The position supports revenue growth by building scalable processes, delivering actionable analytics, and optimizing systems across the full customer lifecycle within a high-growth SaaS environment focused on freight optimization and AI-driven decision automation.
Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and report on revenue-impacting KPIs and performance metrics.
- Consolidate and manipulate data from multiple sources to drive attribution and insights.
- Identify and implement workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support development and maintenance of the corporate direct sales revenue model.
- Build executive-ready presentations for leadership and board-level reporting.
- Partner with technical teams to design and optimize the GTM technology stack.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, revenue operations, or related roles within SaaS or high-growth companies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial concepts including recurring revenue, retention, and margins.
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue or sales operations tools.
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and forecasting methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical insights clearly to executive audiences.
