AXS is seeking a Senior Web Analytics Developer to lead web and mobile data instrumentation, analytics implementation, and insight generation across its digital ecosystem. This role ensures accurate data collection, governance, and reporting to support data-driven decisions that enhance fan engagement and optimize conversion performance. The position partners closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align tracking strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead end-to-end tagging and tracking strategy across web and mobile platforms using Adobe Data Collection.
- Manage data integrity through QA, validation, and ongoing optimization of analytics implementations.
- Serve as primary analytics liaison to orchestrate accurate and complete data collection aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain data feeds and pipelines from Adobe Analytics and Rudderstack into downstream systems.
- Develop dashboards, automated reporting, and standardized KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze behavioral, engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in web, digital, or product analytics, preferably in e-commerce or B2B environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Launch (Experience Platform Data Collection) and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, technical site tagging, and debugging complex implementations.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent management tools, and privacy compliance frameworks.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into business recommendations.
