As Builder Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end New Homes project pipeline, serving as the operational bridge between builder partners, installation teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, quality, and scalable process improvement.

Job Description

 

Sunrun is seeking a Builder Operations Manager to lead operational oversight of its New Homes project pipeline. This role serves as the primary technical and operational liaison between builder partners, installation teams, and internal stakeholders. The position ensures projects move efficiently from job release to final inspection while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks that could impact construction timelines.


Responsibilities:
- Oversee project fulfillment from release through final inspection.
- Act as liaison between builders, project teams, and installation partners.
- Initiate and manage job releases within the New Homes pipeline.
- Monitor project flow, identifying and resolving operational obstacles.
- Maintain accurate data within CRM and builder software systems.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable process improvement insights.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Experience in solar or production homebuilding environments preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, builder platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges.
