Senior Event Marketing Manager

As Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for third-party and field event programs, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and executive engagement. This role owns a complex event portfolio, aligning cross-functional stakeholders while delivering high-impact, data-driven event experiences that differentiate Federato in the market.

Federato is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Manager to functionally lead its third-party and field events portfolio. This strategic and execution-focused role drives brand presence, pipeline growth, and executive engagement through industry conferences, hospitality programs, roundtables, and owned events. The position partners closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership to ensure event initiatives align with company objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 third-party conferences and field programs.
- Develop annual event portfolio strategy aligned to marketing and sales goals.
- Manage budgets, logistics, vendors, contracts, and run-of-show planning.
- Negotiate sponsorships and maintain relationships with conference organizers.
- Lead cross-functional event enablement including pre-event planning and follow-up strategy.
- Track KPIs including pipeline influence, engagement, ROI, and performance metrics.

Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or related industries.
- Proven ownership of complex event portfolios and tiered conference strategies.
- Strong project management and operational execution skills.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring event ROI.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
