Job Description

 

Nightingale Education Group is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist II to support its in-house creative agency in delivering cohesive, high-quality visual communications. This role ensures brand integrity across print, digital, web, and environmental design initiatives. The Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing materials and support institutional branding efforts aligned with organizational strategy.


Responsibilities:
- Design marketing collateral including print materials, event signage, digital assets, and publications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative solutions with brand strategy and activation goals.
- Ensure consistency with institutional design standards and brand guidelines.
- Develop scalable creative assets across campaigns and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Support environmental branding initiatives and vendor relationships for production execution.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work independently and implement creative direction effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capability.
