Interview Kickstart is seeking a Manager, Sales to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team within the EdTech sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational objectives. The Manager will oversee team performance, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships within the technology and education markets.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance outcomes.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the tech industry.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales and business strategies.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; engineering or computer science preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within education or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing US or night shift sales operations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
