Grove Collaborative is seeking a Senior Director of Product & Ecommerce to lead its digital product and ecommerce ecosystem. This strategic and hands-on leadership role oversees product management, UX design, site merchandising, and conversion optimization across web and mobile platforms. The position partners cross-functionally to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience that supports growth, retention, and brand mission alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across product management, UX, and ecommerce functions.
- Own the ecommerce product roadmap including homepage, navigation, search, PDP, cart, and checkout journeys.
- Drive conversion optimization and onsite merchandising strategies.
- Scale subscription, loyalty, and VIP membership programs to increase customer lifetime value.
- Define and execute mobile app strategy in partnership with engineering and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align performance, storytelling, and technology initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience driving ecommerce performance in consumer or DTC environments.
- Proven experience managing Shopify-based ecommerce businesses.
- Deep understanding of conversion optimization and ecommerce funnel metrics.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional product teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging experimentation and data insights.
