RevOpsforce is seeking a Director, Revenue Capacity & Workforce Planning to architect and operationalize a scalable, system-enabled GTM workforce planning framework. This senior-level, full-time role connects revenue strategy to driver-based capacity modeling and embeds workforce plans into Workday systems. The position partners closely with Revenue Leadership, Finance, HR, and Corporate Technology, with primary focus on Sales capacity architecture and expansion into broader GTM functions.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable GTM workforce blueprints including segmentation and coverage models.
- Build driver-based capacity models incorporating quotas, ramp curves, attrition, and productivity assumptions.
- Translate revenue targets into structured hiring plans and ROI analysis.
- Operationalize workforce planning within Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Workday HCM.
- Establish cross-functional governance processes and KPI tracking frameworks.
- Lead executive workshops and provide strategic scenario modeling and trade-off analysis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in GTM capacity planning, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
- Proven expertise in driver-based capacity and ramp modeling.
- Hands-on experience implementing workforce planning within Workday Adaptive Planning or Workday HCM.
- Experience aligning CRM, HRIS, and FP&A systems for integrated reporting.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, HR, Finance, and Technology.
- Experience designing workforce frameworks for $50M+ revenue organizations.
