RISER, the official riding app by Cardo, is seeking a Community & Social Manager to lead global rider engagement and social presence. This role is responsible for building a vibrant community ecosystem that encourages riders to actively share content, participate in challenges, and amplify the RISER lifestyle. The position combines social media leadership, community-building strategy, and hands-on content creation to drive awareness, retention, and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global social media and community strategy across platforms.
- Build and manage online rider communities, driving daily engagement and content sharing.
- Develop community programs, challenges, and gamified reward initiatives.
- Manage Instagram content planning, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
- Source, curate, and amplify user-generated content and rider stories.
- Measure performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to grow online communities and drive user-generated content.
- Experience managing content calendars and multi-platform engagement strategies.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, including short-form video.
- Data-driven approach to engagement metrics and performance analysis.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
