Spring Health is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Public Sector, to manage and grow relationships with large enterprise and public sector clients. This role oversees the full customer lifecycle, aligning mental health solutions with client objectives to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Success is measured through forecasting accuracy, revenue attainment, retention performance, and executive relationship strength.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product expert and advocate supporting key public sector customers.
- Drive utilization metrics by promoting engagement across customer employee populations.
- Own revenue forecasting for renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and position upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle including implementation, renewals, and expansions.
- Prepare and present business reviews with data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare management.
- Experience managing Fortune 100 or public sector portfolios valued at $25M+.
- Proven track record in renewals, forecasting, and upsell revenue growth.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and procurement processes.

This is a full-time California-based remote position reporting to the VP of Public Sector with occasional travel required.
