Tabby is seeking a People Tech Analyst II to join its People Tech & Strategy team in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, optimizing HR technology systems, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve integrations and workflow automation. The position supports scalable, data-driven People operations in a high-growth fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with organizational objectives
- Translate requirements into structured technical specifications for engineering teams
- Define system workflows, integration schemes, and workflow configurations
- Optimize and document existing People processes for scalability and efficiency
- Administer and configure People systems including access management and reporting
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API interactions, system dependencies, and automation logic
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment
- Strong process decomposition and technical specification writing skills
- Experience with workflow configuration and business rules engines
- Proficiency in UML or BPMN process modeling
- Experience with API protocols such as SOAP, REST, or gRPC
- Advanced English communication skills
