Tether is seeking a Blockchain Expansion Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across its blockchain partner ecosystem. This role focuses on building and managing high-impact relationships with blockchain foundations while executing projects that expand the real-world adoption and circulation of Tether assets. The position requires strong partnership management capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across a global, cross-functional organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners
- Design and execute growth initiatives that increase adoption and utility of Tether assets
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving expansion, economics, marketing, and product teams
- Track, analyze, and report on project outcomes and performance metrics
- Identify and drive new partnership opportunities to support sustainable ecosystem growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management within crypto, fintech, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic growth projects from concept through execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into executable plans
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote, global environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
