Spotter Labs is seeking a Financial Analyst to work directly with the CFO in supporting financial planning, reporting, governance, and strategic analysis. This high-visibility role plays a critical part in strengthening financial discipline, improving data-driven decision-making, and maintaining governance standards as the company scales within a technology-enabled transportation ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Analyze revenue, margin, and cost drivers across business units
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Support operational analysis including pricing, unit economics, and profitability initiatives
- Maintain governance documentation and assist with board and investor reporting materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience handling confidential financial and governance materials
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and structured execution discipline
