Senior Platform Software Engineer

LeadsMarket is a performance-driven online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers in high-volume digital ecosystems. This role is responsible for owning the architectural integrity, scalability, and reliability of core marketplace systems, optimizing distributed backend services, refining legacy components, and collaborating with DevOps to ensure high availability, performance, and structural resilience.

We are seeking a Senior Platform Software Engineer to lead the architectural integrity, scalability, and reliability of our core marketplace systems. The platform processes real-time transactions between buyers and sellers and demands strict latency control, high availability, and strong data consistency. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and DevOps team to evolve distributed systems while leveraging AI-assisted development to improve productivity and system quality.

Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve scalable backend services and RESTful APIs  
- Refactor legacy components into modular, maintainable architectures  
- Define and enforce architectural standards and engineering best practices  
- Optimize high-load systems through performance tuning, indexing, and caching  
- Design robust data models and implement complex business logic  
- Review and refine AI-generated code while contributing to cloud infrastructure decisions  

Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar stack)  
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core or equivalent frameworks  
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns  
- Deep knowledge of MSSQL or PostgreSQL with query optimization expertise  
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines  
- Hands-on experience deploying to Azure or AWS and using AI-assisted development tools
