Fundraise Up is seeking a Solution Engineer to support presales and onboarding efforts for enterprise nonprofit clients. This role focuses on designing and implementing customized technical solutions that optimize fundraising performance while ensuring seamless integration with client systems and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead presales engagements including technical demonstrations and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Manage onboarding projects and coordinate implementations for enterprise clients
- Architect tailored solutions integrating web infrastructure, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Conduct A/B testing initiatives in collaboration with analytics teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure project alignment
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical sales within SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management
- Experience integrating CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and front-end web development concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing environments
