Pricing Analyst

Produce Alliance, a Buyers Edge Platform Fresh Division brand, is a leader in produce procurement and supply chain management, supporting foodservice operators with quality sourcing, logistics, and data-driven insights. The Pricing Analyst will manage distributor pricing, maintain accurate product and contract data, and ensure pricing verification and compliance to support profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Produce Alliance is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage distributor pricing operations and ensure accurate contract participation and product selection alignment. This role plays a key part in maintaining pricing integrity, supporting profitability, and enhancing operational efficiency across distributor and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Manage pricing activities for assigned distributors and associated clients  
- Maintain and update distributor profiles and approved product selections  
- Perform price verification to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies  
- Monitor distributor contract participation and compliance  
- Analyze pricing data to identify trends, risks, or inconsistencies  
- Support internal stakeholders with accurate reporting and pricing insights  

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred  
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analyst or related role  
- Preferred experience in the Fresh Produce industry  
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel  
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills  
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
