Responsibilities:
- Engage AI models with realistic small business scenarios and operational challenges  
- Evaluate outputs related to budgeting, pricing, marketing strategy, hiring, and vendor management  
- Assess accuracy and practicality of AI responses within real-world VSB contexts  
- Identify oversimplified assumptions or misunderstandings in AI-generated recommendations  
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model limitations  
- Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation criteria, and training quality  

Requirements:
- Direct experience owning or co-owning a small business strongly preferred  
- Experience managing operations, finances, marketing, staffing, or growth strategy  
- Ability to articulate decision-making processes clearly and logically  
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
