Senior Frontend Engineer, Growth

The Senior Frontend Engineer, Growth will build and optimize high-impact customer-facing experiences, focusing on performance, scalability, and seamless user journeys from homepage through checkout to drive growth and business value.

CookUnity is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join its Growth Engineering team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences across the acquisition and checkout journey. This role plays a critical part in building scalable, high-performance web applications that drive customer engagement and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in frontend technologies including React and Next.js  
- Build and ship complex, customer-facing applications at scale  
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design to deliver high-quality features on time  
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to uphold clean code standards  
- Implement engineering best practices to improve performance, reliability, and development velocity  
- Contribute to experimentation initiatives that optimize conversion and customer growth  

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer  
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, GraphQL, MySQL, and TypeScript  
- Experience building and deploying scalable frontend applications  
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments  
- Advanced English proficiency
