AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Meeting Planner to manage a dedicated corporate client account and oversee all aspects of meetings and events. This role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality service delivery, and complete customer satisfaction across domestic and international programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present meeting and event proposals aligned with client scope and objectives
- Source venues and vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee legal and strategic sourcing processes
- Manage vendor communications including hotels, AV, transportation, entertainment, and speakers
- Coordinate logistics such as room blocks, travel, ground transportation, and food and beverage services
- Oversee event registration tools, websites, mobile applications, and CVENT integration
- Provide onsite event management and post-event reporting, surveys, and stakeholder reviews
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate meeting and event planning
- CMP certification preferred
- Strong proficiency with Cvent registration tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
- Demonstrated ability to manage corporate accounts and multi-task in fast-paced environments
