Spring Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to lead reporting and analytical initiatives within the Revenue Intelligence function. Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales & Customer Success Operations, this role focuses on performance reporting, predictive modeling, and actionable insights that support revenue growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recurring revenue organization reporting including board decks and business reviews
- Build and maintain analytical models to forecast bookings, pipeline coverage, and performance scenarios
- Partner with Business Intelligence to streamline reporting processes and ensure data alignment
- Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Serve as subject matter expert on revenue data for cross-functional stakeholders
- Investigate data inconsistencies and proactively address root causes
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, FP&A, RevOps, or BizOps roles
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Looker
- Familiarity with GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, bookings, retention, and quota attainment
- Experience building analytical models from high-level requirements
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
