The Chief Talent Officer leads the global People function, designing and executing strategy across organizational design, performance, talent acquisition, compensation, and culture to support rapid, distributed growth while maintaining operational excellence and engagement.

Job Description

 

GR8 Tech is seeking a Chief Talent Officer to architect and scale a global People system that supports rapid business growth while preserving clarity, culture, and performance excellence. This executive role owns the end-to-end People function across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and measurable business outcomes in a distributed organization.


Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a global People strategy aligned with growth objectives and operational priorities
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model development for distributed teams
- Establish and manage performance systems including KPIs, OKRs, 360 reviews, and development plans
- Oversee global talent acquisition, onboarding, employer branding, and employee value proposition initiatives
- Develop equitable compensation and benefits frameworks with benchmarking and compliance across regions
- Drive HR technology, automation, analytics, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle


Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in executive-level People roles
- Proven success scaling People functions in multinational, remote-first environments
- Expertise in org design, compensation strategy, leadership development, and performance systems
- Strong HR analytics and workforce planning capabilities with measurable impact
- Experience partnering with C-suite leaders to influence strategic decisions
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
