Penn Foster Group is seeking a Website Director to lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of its public-facing web ecosystem across multiple education brands. This role oversees the full pre-enrollment digital journey, ensuring high-performing, accessible, and conversion-optimized websites that support learner discovery and trust in an evolving AI-driven landscape. You will manage cross-functional teams spanning SEO, CRO, UX, AI visibility, and site operations while aligning web strategy with broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and performance of all public-facing pre-enrollment websites
- Lead cross-functional teams across SEO, CRO, UX design, AI visibility, and web operations
- Define and optimize the end-to-end learner journey from discovery through enrollment
- Establish best practices for AI-powered discovery and structured content visibility
- Drive continuous experimentation and optimization of UX and conversion flows
- Ensure website performance, accessibility, security, and operational reliability
