INFUSE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of systems and tools that support the company’s next phase of growth. In this contract role, you will drive end-to-end product initiatives, re-engineer business processes, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational improvements. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and deliverables
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through release and optimization
- Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and automation
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Develop no-code or low-code prototypes to validate early-stage concepts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product or Project Management within digital or tech-driven environments
- Proven track record delivering measurable product or process improvements
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks and digital transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote environments
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills
