The Proofreader/Copy Editor ensures high-quality, accurate, and brand-consistent written content by reviewing marketing and internal materials for grammar, clarity, consistency, and compliance with style guidelines across distributed teams.

INFUSE is seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader/Copy Editor to review and refine written materials across marketing and internal communications. In this contract role, you will ensure all content aligns with brand voice, adheres to established style guidelines, and maintains high standards of grammatical accuracy and clarity. You will collaborate closely with writers and cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and usage accuracy
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and internal style guides
- Cross-check references, facts, and data for accuracy and potential plagiarism
- Review and occasionally rewrite internal documents to improve clarity and coherence
- Maintain consistency across various content formats and channels
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:
- Excellent English writing and editing skills
- At least 1 year of proofreading experience
- Minimum 1 year of writing experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Availability to work EST hours
