Reunion Marketing is seeking a Paid Search Strategist to develop, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for home services clients. This role focuses on driving qualified leads, improving conversion performance, and maximizing return on ad spend through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
- Create and optimize paid social campaigns focused on local lead generation
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve performance
- Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per lead and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly to clients
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience managing paid search or paid social campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
- Basic familiarity with GA4 or related analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to performance metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
