Job Description
INFUSE is seeking a Team Lead, Learning and Development to guide the coordination and execution of high-impact e-learning initiatives within INFUSE Academy. This contract role focuses on managing instructional design workflows, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and scaling asynchronous, AI-enhanced learning programs. You will balance project coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on instructional design to support business-aligned education initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate learning design projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Translate project plans into actionable task lists and monitor team progress
- Serve as the primary liaison between instructional designers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage approval workflows and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and team collaboration
- Develop and manage selected e-learning projects as an instructional designer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of mid- to senior-level instructional design or L&D experience
- At least 1 year of team coordination or project leadership experience
- Strong AI literacy, including experience with GPT-based tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken English
