WPMU DEV is seeking a WordPress Sales Support Specialist to support sales initiatives and manage customer communications related to its WordPress products and services. This role combines sales support, account management, and technical product knowledge to help customers find solutions and maximize value from plugins, themes, and hosting services. You will collaborate with internal teams while maintaining consistent engagement with prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via email and chat, identifying WordPress-related solutions
- Manage customer accounts, billing inquiries, and sales-related communications
- Promote WPMU DEV products with clear and knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and nurture sales leads through structured follow-up
- Conduct Zoom calls with prospective and existing customers
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications while tracking performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support role
- Proven experience in sales, accounts, or billing support
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, and CRM tools
- Ability to work full-time, including assigned weekend and UTC shift hours
